Hello friends! We have made it safely back to California filled with a pocket full of stories and a heart full of adventure. As you know we spent the last 2 weeks in Turkey, and halfway through our trip made a surprise decision to head to the Greek isles for a few days {when is Greece never a good idea??!}.
I feel so grateful for this special trip. It meant a full two weeks of never leaving my husbands side {which was delightful}, of trying new foods, drinking in new cities and natural wonders, and meeting some of the most delightful and inspiring new friends.

No matter how much we travel, I never take it for granted. Each trip is a special gift, and I feel blessed for every opportunity afforded to us. God has truly given us the desires of our heart in travel, and we are thankful.
I'm a wee bit intimidated by all the pictures I took {i'm not even telling you the number!! don't judge}, so I thought i'd start out my blog roll on this trip with a bit of a picture overview!
In case you were wondering, here was our itinerary:
Turkey: Istanbul - Cappadocia - Pamukkale - Ephesus - Bodrum
Greece: Santorini - Rhodes
Back to Turkey: Marmaris - Izmir- Istanbul
If you are going to any of these places in the future, feel free to drop me a line!! Thank you for all the sweet support you gave us by being so excited for our trip on the blog and instagram!! I love you special people!!
Enjoy the pictures:)
Happy Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteKatie, these photos are gorgeous as always! I can't wait to see more and hear your city by city descriptions. I had seen the hot springs location in a magazine before and thought it looked so fascinating and stunning. I'm so glad you made it to Greece! We honeymooned in Greece and loved every minute of it. We spent most of our time in Santorini just drinking in the view. I remember that every night everyone would watch the sunset over the caldera and when it was over everyone would clap. God's creation totally deserves a regular round of applause!
